LEMON BALM
Lemon balm, Melissa officinalis L., is an aromatic perennial herb of the Lamiaceae family, native to the Mediterranean basin and Western Asia. It is composed mainly of volatile compounds, triterpenes, phenolics and flavonoids, which have antioxidant properties.
